In post-conflict Marawi where homelessness is still a major challenge among internally displaced families, we promote Housing for All by embracing innovation.

In the construction of houses for the Rebuilding Marawi Project, with funding support from the People of Japan, we use steel frame technology that is easier to fabricate and build, with concrete in fill that is four times stronger than concrete hollow blocks.

“Our goal of rebuilding our lives, of having our own homes in our own place, would not be far behind if we continue to seek solutions.” – Raihanie Ahmad, Rahmah Homeowners Association.
